@bw_jester_rfc If the big clubs have academy kids (15/16 year olds) training with first team, why can’t a league 1 club do it ? Clearly there is zero accountability - academy is running without developing the boys to play first team ?

@bw_jester_rfc Thanks to Olise largely and some academy boys we sold (thanks to proper development by earlier academy coaches) …most of those coaches have left ! Wonder why academy kids are not even training with first team ?

@bw_jester_rfc No one seems to be asking serious questions about lack of efficiency of our academy. Spend that money on first team for the next 3-5 years, establish as a championship side and then have a proper Cat 1. Right now our academy is a luxury. See what Crewe has done.
