Cllr Bill Duff moved an amendment to which would see Angus contribute 50% of what Dundee and Perth councils pay into the Tay City Deal.Angus shouldn't have to pay as much when they are getting less benefits!SAME AS THE PARKING THEN!Why should we pay same as Edinburgh, Dundee etc
