I wish to file an urgent grievance regarding the treatment of my 69-year-old father travelling today, 11 August 2026, on SpiceJet flight SG 816 from Goa (GOX) to Mumbai (BOM), PNR PJTNXH.

My father has hip-joint problems and difficulty walking long distances.

problems walk across the airport without support is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of passenger care.

I request immediate assistance for all further movement, boarding and gate changes, and a formal explanation from SpiceJet regarding why no support was provided.
