@Vitality_SA I've been trying for 2 days to speak to someone about your rewards tracking & sleep tracking. I tried WhatsApp & every time I stop receiving messages & have to start again to speak to an agent. Now I tried to call & was listening to hold music for 20min.

7 days, not 7 business days but 7 days between application and collection.
