BREAKING: Microsoft now owns Activision Blizzard - the deal is closed.
Microsoft owns all of Activision, Blizzard, King, the development studios, and the IPs, including Call of Duty, Overwatch, Diablo, Candy Crush, Crash Bandicoot, Guitar Hero, and more.
The judge goes after Sony in her denial of the injunction, saying Call of Duty will 1) remain on PlayStation and 2) expand to more players thanks to Xbox deal
