@chiefsanjay@HDFC_Bank@RBI@HDFCBank_Cares So true, I marked my Relationship Manager on every email, I called her multiple times, but while she said she understands my position, I saw no actions, no intervention, no escalation, no follow ups and not even a reply on the emails ….
What do you do when a bank asks for a scammer's permission before they could return your money?
Not a joke. Not a misunderstanding. This is how HDFC Bank handles credit card fraud ( 1/17)

They're waiting for a criminal who has vanished to write them an email.
That's not due process.
That's policy failure.
Tag this if you know someone at HDFC who needs to hear this (17/17)
How bizarre is it that a credit card that comes with the most consumer protections can still not protect you when a bank completely hinges on getting "permission" from a scammer? (16/17)
