How I found God?

Bear with me as this is a long answer but hopefully; you will not lose interest midway :)

I was raised in a Christian Protestant community

However; I never really understood the trinity and whenever I asked anyone; the answer was the same; you can’t understand it since it’s beyond our comprehension

It never made sense to me that the very nature of the creator would be beyond the comprehension of his creation

How would God expect us to worship him if we don’t know who he is

So I dug into scripture and to my surprise; nothing at all said Jesus is God in the synoptic gospels; except very few additions to the gospels that the church itself refuted as it was obvious they aren’t original

The only places where I found divinity claims are in four places;
1- Gospel of John
2- Paul Letters
3- The book of revelation
4- 2 Peter

So I decided to study the New Testament textual criticism academically to know how truthful and credible are these sources; as it doesn’t make sense that all the earliest gospels ignored the most major fact about Jesus; that he is God !

Turned out:
1- The Gospel of John is not authored by Apostle John according to all NT scholars research. It was authored by an anonymous author or group of authors in a Johannine community; that already adopted Jesus divinity before writing the Gospel.
2- There is zero evidence that paul saw Jesus or learned anything from him. Aside from paul himself; there is zero confirmation or even support that he met Jesus.
3- The book of revelation is absolutely not written by Apostle John who was an Aramaic fisherman. It was likely authored by a man named John who like paul, never met Jesus nor learned from him, but he said he had visions of him. Even less credible than paul.
4- 2 Peter was an early attempt from the Roman church to cover the fact that we don’t have a single apostle of Jesus saying he’s God, so they wrote this letter and attributed it to him. By all NT scholars’ accounts, this letter is pseudonymous.

So it’s became clear as day; Jesus is not and was not God. The man salvation doctrine that God came and died for our sins is a full fabrication.

I can talk about the reasons why these two doctrines were promoted but it’ll make this post even longer.

Alright, so he’s a prophet of God but unfortunately being a Unitarian today is nearly impossible as all the Unitarian Gospels are burned by Constantine to promote the Trinity such as source Q, the writings of Arius, the Gospel of the Ebionites, the shepherd of Hermas and the Teachings of the Twelve Apostles.

I am confident that God won’t leave humanity without a true scripture for that long. Since Islam is the last monotheistic religion, I was inclined to look into it and go past the scary things that surrounds this religion.

Reading the Quran felt like an eloquent extension of the synoptic gospels and the OT books. The story of Jesus matches perfectly with the Unitarian faith of early Christians including Jesus disciples.

I dug deeper and as a textual critique; the Quran of today is the same Quran of the 7th century word by word, perfectly preserved. This is unprecedented in human history; so I’m fully confident the Quran is the true word of God and is the true scripture we shall follow.

Sorry for the long post; but I felt sharing who I am now; is better understood if I tell you where I came from.

@Grantedyou35 They have their role in the cycle of life.

Are you saying that every animal we don’t eat is useless?

Cats
Dogs
😂

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 Wait; isn’t God the only savior in the Bible?

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@annamlulis Was this king killed?

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@Ihunanya_chi Wait; the creator died? At the hands of his own creation?

What kind of fantasy do you live in???

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@_Maverick143_ You are kidding

The “I don’t know” and “I am not sure” debate lol

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 I watched Orthodox Muslim dog walking you a few days ago

So settle down

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@BruceSaiFun I read and it seems that the US (the biggest Christian country) legalizes marrying children while no Islamic country does!!

Why do you support child marriage, Sam?

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@MorganBat21 Wait; so God died????

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@GodLogic_GL The only reason you need is it’s the Truth

But you don’t care

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@GodlyAction This verse was about washing hands before food and not eating pork.

Jesus said not a single letter of the law will change.

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@annamlulis Translation:

Reject Monotheism

Embrace Polytheism

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 But Jesus was a man, correct?

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 So only when you became a polytheist?

That’s probably satanic

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 Literally never heard of one person in my life who saw Jesus in his dream lol

It depends on what people believe in; you who mocks his sister online

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 I read it

It says that Jesus is cursed

Interestingly, the author said plainly that he lies to spread a false message to people whom Jesus wasn’t sent to

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 Isn’t that the book that said Jesus is a curse?

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@enesovat22 Unless you are a polytheist

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@LaylaAbdalMasih @clouddstrife @provingislam No

It’s because Muslims are disinterested in reading the corrupted Bible to prove prophet Muhammad prophecy

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@LaylaAbdalMasih @clouddstrife @provingislam It’s a 1000 years old argument but wasn’t mainstream; I’ll give you that

[randomly @Randomlyscript]

@InspiringPhilos The Quran contradicts the corruption in the Bible
