@UPS I have a package coming to me from Visible Wireless with the address EXACTLY CORRECT, but your tracking says that there's an error and the package cannot be delivered. Visible tells me that with a secondary address must have the word "apartment" in it. WTF? Mine is "Lot".

@visiblecare Finally, you guys need to, from scratch, walk through the on-boarding process to see how screwed up it is. I actually installed the eSim twice because after it did it once, it started me doing it again, probably because the app shut down. So frustrated.

@visiblecare Another HUUUUUUUGE problem with the Visible app is that if you minimize it on your phone to open your email to confirm your identity, the app shuts down and you lose your chat. Brilliant. All other apps that I use just stay where they are as I do other things.

@visiblecare ...and we're unable to get that information after we activated Visible service. Had to go to a corporate Verizon store 23 miles away and get it. Then, of course, another hour on the chat and phone with Visible to get it ported.
