Since we have a surplus, my wife is still waiting on her unemployment/Covid monies from 2020. She received an approval letter but yet to receive funds. Could you help?
Our General Fund revenue is expected to reach $15 billion in FY 2023, with a surplus of $1.3 billion – the largest in Kentucky’s history! There is more than enough funding for our Education First Plan, which invests in our teachers, school staff and our schools, to help our kids.

New Concept: How about paying past debts, unemployment/Covid payments to those still waiting from 2020, before pledging new funds for pay raises? HELP, someone in Frankfurt please help those forgotten!
I am proud to announce the largest raise for full-time state employees seen in decades. Our state workers serve our people daily, and because of their hard work and dedication, Kentucky is seeing historic economic investments and new opportunities.
Thinking of setting up a group text thread tonight during the game with @jeffmanning11, my son-in-law Joe Olsen (Duke fans) and @PreachrT and @cpowellfaith (NC fans). Any thoughts on the wisdom of that?

How can you champion Amy as the “first woman” to reach a million dollars when in fact Amy is actually a born male? How can this possibly help women’s causes?
How about the citizens left behind; the ones who the state owes unemployment funds from last year? If economy is “on fire” when can they expect what is due them?
Unemployment rates have fallen in 116 of Kentucky's 120 counties. Our economy is on fire, and as we continue to build on that economic momentum we’re prioritizing the creation of quality jobs for our people.
My wife and I are over Kentucky Govt. We have still not received her unemployment check from spring of 2020. We have called every number, gotten 2 State Reps involved, received letter verifying her claim; still nothing! I wonder how they would react if we didn’t pay our taxes?
