I’ve seen mothers who buy, give, allow their children access to smart phones, and those kids are toffees. Like Danielleon @MelRobbinsShow this is a form of child abuse becuase she is aware of what she does, allowing her kid to be distracted, yet allows it anyway, not parenting.
