Are you interested in research, public policy and how Uganda is governed?

The Centre for Policy Analysis (CEPA) invites applications for the second cohort of its Research and Policy Fellowship.

Building on the 2025/2026 cohort, this 12-month programme will bring together 10 Ugandans for practical training, mentorship and hands-on experience in research, policy analysis and democratic accountability.

Fellows will examine current policy challenges, develop recommendations and share their work through policy briefs, research papers, public dialogues and CEPA’s platforms. They will also learn from researchers, policymakers, academics, journalists and civil society practitioners.

We welcome applications from Ugandans aged 18 and above who are willing to learn and commit to the full programme. Women, persons with disabilities and applicants from underrepresented communities are particularly encouraged to apply.
