@ENMAX Ha! As if I haven’t tried this. I have been bounced around through departments for the last few weeks and told multiple different things. I keep getting multiple different answers from different people.

Highly disappointed in @ENMAX and their inability to provide services in a timely and cost effective manner. Trying to get them out to do their work and do proper site checks without charging the customers an arm and a leg is like pulling teeth. #dobetter
