I have said many times that Panjabi Hindu bros also believe in Guru and Sikhism as much as Sikhs. If you visit Kali Devi Temple in Patiala or Naina Devi Temple, you will also see Sikh devotees there. This is a culture where everyone lives together with each other.
As per Sant Jarnail Singh Khalsa Bhindranwale guided the Sikhs to be honorable and never took disrespect from anyone,
If someone tries to disrespect you treat em with weapons.

Indira Gandhi ordered the killiиg of innocent Sikhs in 1982, and in 1984 she ordered the Indian Army to аttack Sikh gurdwaras to teach Sikhs a lesson and to demonstrate that they had no rights in what was called a democracy

During Shah Zaman’s fourth invasion of India (1798-99), Major General Sir James Craig, who held the chief command of the Company’s forces at Anupshahar, had a poor opinion about the Sikh Misls.
He thought that the Sikhs were not able “to make any opposition at all to the Shah’s approach.” He believed that their power rested on rumour and that the delusion would appear “in the day of trial.” He was of opinion that the Sikhs were neither “so numerous, not so hardy” as they were represented:
“The mass of these people are a mixture of Mussulmen and Hindoos; the former of which from every motive, and the latter in detestation of the oppressions of their present Lords, will rejoice in the Shah’s approach.”
Over a century later, footage from a 1987 Indian Communist documentary on the Sikh nationalist struggle in Punjab captures much the same attitude. A non Punjabi communist reporter, visibly bewildered, questions how young members of the SSF show no fear of impending security force action despite an apparent lack of preparation, only to be met with the same refrain - that preparation reveals itself in the day of trial.
Aam Aadmi Party MP @meet_hayer from Sangrur raised the issue of the release of the #JaswantSinghKhalra biopic #Punjab95 in the Indian Parliament. The film has been struggling for release since 2021.
