@HomeServeUK Chased again today &been told the boiler is not in stock & the earliest it can be fitted is on 23.12.22. Really disappointed with the service we got from @HomeServeUK. Our boiler was working fine. They broke it & now we have to deal with the consequences and chase them. Not good
An engineer came from @HomeServeUK today to complete our yearly service on a 3yr old boiler. It was fine until he attempted to open the bolt & snapped it. Now we are left with NO heating & NO hot water in these freezing temp with NO timeline when itโs going to be fixed.
@HomeServeUK I had DMโd all the details yesterday & no one has been in touch. We had to pay well over ยฃ750 for a new boiler now and had to go buy 3-4 heaters for the house. All this cost added when it wasnโt even our fault ๐
@HomeServeUK Thanks Alice for getting back to me. I have been at work and spent an hour trying to speak to an advisor. My complaint number is CMP140243. I am asthmatic and cold & damp conditions exacerbate my asthma. Could you please look into this ASAP
