@AmazonHelp Yes I received an email yesterday saying it is being investigated, and today I get this update saying the order is cancelled. The recipient has not recieved any call and is waiting for the item. Its the same delivery agent I am having issues with for the 5th time.

@AmazonHelp Already done, I only got autoreplies there too. This is the 4th order that I am facing issues with,and its with the same delivery partner. What is @AmazonHelp , @amazonIN , @amazon doing to fix this?
