రాష్ట్రంలో రాక్షస పాలన కొనసాగుతోంది. లా అండ్‌ ఆర్డర్‌ అన్నది ఎక్కడా కనిపించడంలేదు. ప్రజల మాన, ప్రాణాలకు రక్షణ లేకుండా పోయింది. వైయస్సార్‌సీపీని అణగదొక్కాలన్న కోణంలో ఈ దారుణాలకు పాల్పడుతున్నారు. కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం వచ్చి నెలన్నర రోజుల్లోనే ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌ అంటే హత్యలు, అత్యాచారాలు, రాజకీయ కక్షలతో చేస్తున్న దాడులు, విధ్వంసాలకు చిరునామాగా మారిపోయింది. నిన్నటి వినుకొండ హత్య ఘటన దీనికి పరాకాష్ట. నడిరోడ్డుపై జరిగిన ఈ దారుణ కాండ ప్రభుత్వానికి సిగ్గుచేటు. ముఖ్యమంత్రి సహా బాధ్యతతో వ్యవహరించాల్సిన వ్యక్తులు రాజకీయ దురుద్దేశాలతో వెనకుండి ఇలాంటి దారుణాలను ప్రోత్సహిస్తున్నారు. ఎవరి స్థాయిలో వాళ్లు రెడ్‌బుక్‌ రాజ్యాంగాన్ని అమలు చేస్తూ, పోలీసు సహా యంత్రాంగాలన్నింటినీ నిర్వీర్యం చేశారు. దీంతో నేరగాళ్లు, హంతకులు చెలరేగిపోతున్నారు. అధికారం శాశ్వతం కాదని, హింసాత్మక విధానాలు వీడాలని చంద్రబాబును గట్టిగా హెచ్చరిస్తున్నాను. రాష్ట్రంలో కొత్త ప్రభుత్వం ఏర్పాటైన తర్వాత జరిగిన హింసాత్మక ఘటనలపై కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఏజెన్సీలతో ప్రత్యేక విచారణ జరగాల్సిన అవసరం ఉంది. రాష్ట్రంలో దిగజారిన శాంతిభద్రతల పరిస్థితులపై దృష్టిపెట్టాలని ప్రధానమంత్రి శ్రీ మోదీగారికి, హోంమంత్రి శ్రీ అమిత్‌షాగారికి విజ్ఞ‌ప్తిచేస్తున్నాను. వైయస్సార్‌సీపీ కార్యకర్తలెవ్వరూ అధైర్యపడొద్దని అన్నిరకాలుగా అండగా ఉంటామని భరోసా ఇస్తున్నాను.
