@sola_chad We are baptized into Christ’s death and resurrection. Christ hadn’t died yet. Why do people build their entire theology around a person who died before Christ was even buried? That would make me very nervous.
@sircalebhammer This actually grieves me so much. I have a lump in my throat and couldn’t finish watching. 😭 People need the Lord so bad. She has worth and value, and a loving Father waiting to take her in His arms and give her a new life and purpose.
@ArtofJanelle@conservmillen But if God tells us to think on things that are good, lovely, pure, and true, how does sitting through an hour and a half of Texas Chainsaw or It or The Conjuring, etc. fit that? That’s directly violating what God tells us to do.
@farmingandJesus Not everything about being a Christian comes down to sin. It’s about what’s edifying in our walk with the Lord. Watching his creation be dismembered, let alone the language and nudity that’s in almost every horror film is not edifying at all. God tells us to think on GOOD.
@DrFrankTurek Frank, I highly value your teachings and what you share. To see that you’re an old-earther actually pains me. How could one come to that conclusion when reading Genesis? 😢
@MattWalshBlog Matt. No. Seeing a priest “be the good guy” does not equate to being Christian or spiritually edifying, unless your spiritual life is as deep as a puddle. It’s good for Christians to try to see spiritual application in everything they can, but to say horror is Christian is insane
