I recently had a 3 hour phone call with their tech support and actually helped a senior manager solve the issue. They aren’t what they were. It’s sad.
They’re focused on appealing to the crowd and becoming the Walmart when their origin is being different.

@markgurman I disagree. I think AAPL has really disregarded the typical thought process that existed under Jobs and Cook has focused too much on residual income and not enough on what their customers who’re willing to pay the most for Pro products desire.
