@ghildiyal_ankur@CNBCTV18News Ture, totally agree, policies are often mis-sold by the employees and third party channels whom they have tie ups with and the post-sale services and support are very bad. IRDAI, @nsitharaman@FinMinIndia SHOULD definitely evaluate these flaws and address them as all are impacted

@RBI@RBIsays if @HDFC_Bank quotes false policy details for an @HDFCLIFE policy while making the sale and cheats the customer then who is responsible also what are the means a customer can approach the authority if none of the entity are ready to assist them. Can you define this?
