@USAA_help I find it unlike the great service that I’ve received to find the delay to get basic transportation again. The USAA FAQs state rental service is available immediately if the vehicle is undrivable.

Always thought @USAA was the best insurance but car is not drivable the website, app AND customer service numbers will not get me to where I can get a rental car (I’m covered) or to a human. I’m told to call Monday.

@Delta I am taking my beautiful wife to Cancun on flight DL0619 to Cancun on 8/21/23. I’d love to upgrade our seats to FC but the price went from $250 each to well over $300. As FC is completely empty, would you consider allowing us to upgrade for the price we saw earlier?

@Delta love the app and webpages but if the itinerary changes and you notify, allow the user to acknowledge the change and then remove the notification. Right now I see the notice EVERY TIME and have to check the flights to ensure there hasn’t been an additional change.
