JDT selagi tak dapat nak kalahkan Buriram selagi itulah tak boleh nak pergi jauh dalam ACL Elite.

Setiap tahun tukar Jurulatih tapi hasil dkt ACL susah. Keserasian tiada.
Tahun depan sign lagi player baru, lepastu . . . .

Liga Malaysia bolehlah, pakai sesiapa pun boleh menang.

Since we have visited a La Liga facility set up, we have also managed to visit a 5th division side facility which will put many Malaysian League teams to shame.

This is the facility of CD Cazalegas located an hour outside of Madrid. It is consider a private academy which can house overseas players to provide them fulltime football training and also education

Maybe ada silap dari side Aku, tapi tidak menutup bahawa Team2 lain banyak masalah, yang disalah JDT.

Bayangkan kalau zaman 2008-2012 Kelab2 yang super hebat ni ada Academy mesti lagi maju dari JDT dan Mas boleh hebat.
Inilah zaman Jaguh Kampung sebenar 😌

Masalah gaji.

Tiada paksaan dan tiada tiket automatik utk kutip minit permainan di JDT.
Kelab boleh bagi segala jenis kemudahan tetapi Haqimi, Ibrahim, Hidalgo mahupun Sumareh masih kena bersaing rebut tempat.
Yang paling penting pemain bebas keluar jika diri rasa ‘diperkudakan’.

JDT yang baru mula revolusi 2013 dah ada Akademi Elit.
Pasukan lain yang dah establishe lama, akademi pun tiada. WHAT !!!

Kegagalan dari sendiri tapi tak mahu mengaku, lebih baik tuding jari senang 😇

After the massive win against Vietnam, you have to admit that these heritage players did bring a different mentality and standard to our football.

Now some said it tough for our local boys to make the national team but why are we thinking like that ? Can we not think that if this is the standard, the level needed, why not we work towards that level ? We can be better, surely if everything is in the right place.

To be at that level, there are a few stages of development that needs to be proper. As much as we complaint “ locals won’t get a chance anymore “ lets ask ourselves, How many grassroot youth clubs trains 3-4 times a week and hit a minimum 40 matches a year ? Bear in mind training volumn at the age 6-12 is important to prepare them for the next level. Train 2 times a week wont get you anywhere near the elite level. That is part number 1.

After that period, where we here at grassroot prepare players, then how many ELITE set up are there for these players to move forward at the age of 12 onwards ? 2 at the moment that is JDT and AMD that provides elite level training before the next stage. 2 in the whole country !!

From 8-12 trust me, we have alot of potentials… if these kids are in Spain, England, Italy i believe some of them would made the grade in to a professional club academy set up .. where they can pursue next level of football education. Sadly in Malaysia, that hundreds if not thousands of potentials have only 2 options. JDT and AMD. Imagine similar set up are in place throughout the country, 14-16 Elite clubs with top notch coaches… that is where we can prepare players for the next level.

And that next level is the early stage of professional football at the age of 18-20. Our Piala Belia and President squad. And at that level their coaching needs to be way way better than in AMD and JDT.

We have a long way to go, long long way to go before we can be like Japan. Like I said, everything needs to be in its place. If now heritage players is the solution, we have to accept it and we can do about it, STRIVE TO BE BETTER AND NOT PLAY THAT MEDIOCRE MINDSET CARD
