Update:
Many of you have noticed that I have been reluctant to post much research or even reactions to Clover news the last 6-8 weeks. This has been a culmination of several factors that I will briefly list below:
-Started a new job/got promoted which has taken up more of my time and energy
-Retail sentiment has become so low that a lot of the feedback on posts is negative/unreasonable at times (in my opinion of course)
-Findings of value that I’d consider worth posting have been non-existent
A moment of transparency:
I never created this account with the intent to “pump” the stock price as I have been called out for many times in the last couple months. I understand and recognize that at times I posted things with excess excitement, but I am being genuine when I say my thought process was not rooted in “let’s drive sentiment up so the price moves” - I was simply excited to share new information on a stock I am quite literally all in on and have been all in on for years. The research, the discussions, the feedback, it was always the thrill of the chase and learning something new everyday and sharing that experience with people I’ve grown to call friends.
I’ve found community with $CLOV holders. For me it was joy to share info and be apart of something like this community. With that being said, I no longer feel that it is good for my mental health to be active and tweet here. I remain and shall continue to be a shareholder in $CLOV. I’ve already unofficially been gone from this account but I feel it is necessary to put a formal end to it, maybe temporarily, maybe forever.
I’ve made and lost friends in this community but in the end I only wish the best for us all. I believe the best is yet to come! Now it is time to focus elsewhere.
Until next time
The often misunderstood part about $CLOV is their self compounding business model that only strengthens over time.
care gaps -> intervention -> better outcomes -> better MCR -> richer data -> etc
Each portion of the business would be a juggernaut on it's own in the real world, but combining them together creates a disruptive entity all powered by Counterpart Assistant.
Technology, care delivery, and insurance under one umbrella. Incredible @VivekGaripalli
$CLOV investors are all so focused on Counterpart Health, that we fail to pay proper attention to Clover Care Services. Which is equally transformative in the healthcare landscape. This is where healthcare has shifted dramatically towards in the 4 years since Vivek’s post. He predicted this shift entirely.
Remember, they aren’t only hiring a director of strategic finance for Counterpart, they are also hiring one for Medicare Advantage and one for Clover Care Services. There is a reason for this. A vertically integrated Value-Based Care model has been/is being built here that is going to (first) disrupt and (second) transform the entire managed care industry.
We’re still very early innings in this story. @CloverHealth@counterparthlth@VivekGaripalli 🤷🏻♂️
"Healthcare, Education, and Energy production are three industries where positive disruptive impact at scale has not yet been proven out. Until that occurs, shareholders (current and future) should expect and embrace the skepticism that we face. The human mind is not geared to believe something that has not yet been proven. Our job, at Clover, is to demonstrate that proof."
It is my opinion that $CLOV is now faithfully executing upon the "prove it" phase for their technology in external plans around the nation and we are soon to see the evidence. Disruptive impact at scale won't come from where it is most expected (legacy names), it will appear as if out of nowhere from innovators when it becomes inevitable.
When you take on the full risk and align incentives starting with PCPs and their patients, real transformation follows.
“Improving Every Life” isn’t a cliché for @CloverHealth. Using AI Technology to meaningfully improve people’s lives in healthcare is a contrarian bet - one that has “simply never happened before.”
Vivek’s letter is worth a read. $CLOV
Celebrating 4.5 stars today for $CLOV!
While I was around today I noticed $HUM now has a subdomain tied to the cloverhealth domain too. Humana now has subdomains within both Clover Health and Counterpart Health....
Congrats to the longs - the future is bright!

This is the consequence of not doing proper research, you make tweets like this.
-Vanguard went through an internal restructuring (Jan 2026)
-They are now reporting holdings separately by subsidiaries
-The parent company (Vanguard Group) no longer reports combined ownership
How is this hard to understand?
This is why you shouldn’t look at a one liner tweet and make assumptions.
$CLOV Judge DENIES CMS motion to dismiss... aka the lawsuit has legs. The Judge also ruled that Georgia is an appropriate venue, but leaves the door open to potentially change location for convenience. Looks like we will get further updates next Wedneday.

A fascinating new study from @Snowflake@the_hakkoda has released detailing the future of interoperability and AI in healthcare. It draws upon research and insights from healthcare executives to paint a picture of the future. Great read, especially on the back of this interoperability breakthrough we've seen with @counterparthlth@CloverHealth@Kno2@fastenhealth $CLOV

Imagine being on the "cutting edge" for two different layers in healthcare through TEFCA and Counterpart Assistant
Oh wait, we don't have to imagine, it's reality
Wow - @counterparthlth powering interoperability alongside @Kno2@fastenhealth is going to quickly transform this company externally alongside Counterpart Assistant. It is one of the greatest developments in company history and @CMSGov giving the nod on the main stage is huge! $CLOV
We recently announced that nationwide, interoperable data exchange is not aspirational, it is achievable today. At #HIMSS26, CMS selected Clover Health to demo live on the mainstage.
@kevinholub joined Amy Gleason to show it in action. In the workflow, @fastenhealth supports the patient application connecting to the network, @Kno2 securely routes patient-directed requests, @counterparthlth enables the exchange, and Clover responds as the payer.

You were blocked for patronizing me and being a narcissist, not for your views on Clover. I was happy to agree to disagree but you chose to be condescending. And it’s not your first time either. The fact that you felt the need to post about us cutting ties says a lot about you
For the record, someone sent this post to me so I felt the need to at least reply and defend myself at least slightly
It’s really nobody’s business that we don’t want to associate with you, but you’ve proven my point by putting us on blast for not wanting to put up with you anymore. It hurts you that somebody wouldn’t want to be near your whining 24/7. Accept what has happened and move on like an adult
@Task_Master_17 maybe, maybe not 🤷🏻♂️
with respect to people who seek out my posts, I’m not on anyone else’s schedule but my own
I can tell from your reply you’re looking for a gotcha moment, but the truth is my life doesn’t revolve around this X account, I go days without posting all the time
