Real shame to be lied to by a business. @YodelSupportUK claimed there was an issue with the address (there wasn’t), then when contacted they said ‘actually the driver tried to deliver three times and no one was in’ (not according to my @ring doorbell). So, what’s the real reason?

@royalmailhelp Two parcels sent 29/09 from UK to Belgium using Int. track & sign. On 20/10 at 14.03 @RoyalMail say it has been delivered in Belgium, @GLSBelgium say it has been delivered back to sender in UK. You can't even agree which country the parcels are in!? Please explain!
