Defunct Spirit Airlines is auctioning its 8.5-acre Dania Beach corporate campus in New York on July 22, 2026.
The final bid deadline is July 20, with stalking-horse bids due by June 24, 2026.
The property is a 615,600-square-foot campus with an office, parking garage, training facility and temporary housing for employees.
The carrier is selling the property as part of its broader liquidation effort after ceasing operations last month.
Spirit Airlines had been struggling financially for several years, filing for bankruptcy twice since 2024.
