Jolyon Maugham and @GoodLawProject came after me for a joke, which they deliberately misrepresented. Causing considerable distress and which they made a lot of money on the back of slandering me. Time ran out to be able to sue them for libel, but having faith in the universe this despicable man and his despicable organisation are being more and more exposed for the extremists and danger they are. It is time for the authorities to get involved. (Check out Sarah’s timeline for the receipts and support her case if you can)
He did indeed. From my 'Maugham dossier'
1. Maugham has published on line the following direct support for this group
a. April 2026 he posted above the image of a man in a balaclava wielding a hammer ‘the non-violent action promoted by Bash Back is the inevitable, and I would say legitimate, response to a society whose institutions, politics and media systemically dehumanise trans people. No pasaran’
b. When another poster objected to the image, JM replied ‘As you know, there is a long and proud tradition of non violent resistance. So this is hardly unprecedented. And I think a broad change ecology should also accommodate this’.
c. JM further attempted to justify his support of Bash Back by saying ‘how should you participate in a society in which the ‘health’ system systemically harms your health, the ‘human rights’ commission removes your human rights, the justice system refuses even to hear you and the ‘independent’ State broadcaster lies about’
d. He deleted his Bluesky account on 15 July 2026 which was four days after the arrest on 11 July 2026 of the suspect in the murder of Ann Widdecombe, who was struck 21 times with a hammer.
After dumping David Lammy onto the backbenches, Andy Burnham has spent his first few days unpicking Lammy's agenda.
Jury trials stay. More early prisoner releases are off the table.
Whatever your politics, those are two sensible decisions that serve Britain's best interests.
David Lammy should never be anywhere near the heart of government again.
1/ More misinformation. First, there was no trial, Rudakubana entered guilty pleas to the 16 count indictment just as his trial was due to begin on 20 January 2025, so it's flat out wrong to suggest that "during the trial" Defence counsel was at fault.
If @andyburnham really wanted to help with Energy Bills he would remove the standing charges.
@MartinSLewis is right in this. Completely shameful that people have pay over £300 a year for the privilege of having a connection.
When other people got severance payments Rayner was *exploding* with moral indignation.
Obviously, now that it's HER getting £17,000 for resigning in a scandal, its totally different.
Total hypocrite.
The Muslim mayor of New York and the Muslim mayor of London both want to arrest the Prime Minister of the Jewish state, relying on lies propogated by an Islamic terror group, and an ICC arrest warrant pursued by the ICC's Muslim ex-chief prosecutor.
Anyone else see a pattern?
When HMRC said Gary Lineker had underpaid £5m in tax, he should simply have taken it as an opportunity to pay more and complied. Given reports today all over the papers, I’m very confused as to why he fought HMRC in court for 6 years until he won on appeal
his mental health??? potential hate crimes??? He yelled "Allahu Akbar" at a visibly Jewish person and stabbed him, and there's not ONE (!) mention of Antisemitism
This statement is somehow 10X worse than I thought it would be...
When you ask people who claim it *is* genocide, they say things like "80% of all buildings in Gaza have been destroyed," which is (a) not itself evidence of genocide, just of urban warfare; and (b) is actually evidence of non-genocide, because that level of destruction of infrastructure would have cause 10X as many casualties if Israel had not been trying to limit civilian casualties.
Every single argument claiming genocide is ridiculously flawed, it's propaganda, not a serious claim.

This is true. @andyburnham said Britain must ensure that, “no British bombs or bullets can be used by the IDF in Gaza or in the West Bank.”
Fact: We export virtually nothing to Israel, and certainly no bombs or bullets. That's because we have been running down our defence industries.
Israel, however, does make important parts for our tanks, missiles, artillery and warships. We are much more dependent on them than they are on us. that's because they have been investing in their defence industries.
We also rely on their intelligence much more than they do on ours.
The behaviour of @UKLabour politicians is akin to that of student politicians. We need to be careful about alienating our allies. Being simultaneously needy and lecturing is a bad look.

It is - in my view- absolutely disgusting that the Muslim world not only doesn't acknowledge that they've built a mosque on top of the holiest site of someone else, but that they even have the brass balls to deny them access. It should change. It should be called out.
