Slowly but surely Terminal 1 at #Heathrow is disappearing, they are tearing down the old British Airways/British Midland domestic departure lounge. Many an hour spent in there before T5 was built....

Current carnage at #Heathrow and this is just British Airways can't speak for anyone else. Lots of disgruntled people with wrecked travel plans trying to pick up the pieces.

@naomihogarty @HiltonHonors Yes....after a lot of messaging to Hilton and the hotel directly I seem to have found a solution but when mass flight cancellations happen surely they can be far more able to deal with people's concerns when they are stuck in an airport 1000s of miles away.
