MASSIVE PROPERTY TAX FRAUD EXPOSED:
Texas property owners say Denton County inflated their property values, ignored required appraisal standards and collected excessive taxes.
But no court ever examined whether those allegations were true.
Instead, the case was dismissed because Texas law requires owners to use the Appraisal Review Board. The problem? That board can adjust individual assessments but allegedly cannot stop an unlawful countywide appraisal system.
In plain English: Texas directed taxpayers to a door that cannot provide the remedy they need, while closing the courthouse door that could.
That is the heart of the case now before the U.S. Supreme Court:
Can government declare an administrative process the “only remedy” when that process cannot stop the alleged wrongdoing?
Vexler v. Spencer
Texas Supreme Court No. 25-0615
U.S. Supreme Court No. 26-179
Case docket below⬇️
The Supreme Court just accepted a property tax case that could change how every American owns land.
Case 26-179. Filed August 5th. Accepted 5 days later.
The real question is whether any competent forum exists to challenge how your property is valued in the first place.
Here is the architecture. The appraisal district sets your value. The review board can only adjust the number on your house. It cannot rule on whether the valuation method itself is lawful.
If you try to take it to court, they tell you to go back to the review board. The board cannot fix the method. The courts will not hear the method.
Your rights exist on paper. They cannot be enforced in operation.
A state cannot preserve the appearance of rights while designing procedures so that no tribunal can ever adjudicate or enforce them.
If this structure stands in property tax, it can be copied into every other area where rights pass through administrative tribunals with limited power.
This affects every property owner in every state.
That's why this case reaches further than any single tax bill.

On September 16, Michael Gentile and I will join @collapse_life Life paid subscribers for an exclusive two-hour livestream and live audience Q&A.
As you all know, Michael is an expert in the junior-mining sector and will answer audience questions. Whether you want to ask about evaluating companies, management teams, jurisdictions, financing, dilution or where opportunity may be emerging, this is a rare chance to put your questions to someone who knows the sector like no one else I know.
Michael and I will also discuss what we are seeing across the financial markets and what we are watching as we head toward the end of the year. We are not being compensated in any way for our participation.
The livestream runs from 6–8 PM ET and, again, is available exclusively to paid Collapse Life subscribers. Your subscription ($80/year) will also include access to a private December webinar with me.
Space is limited so Subscribe Now!

A billionaire sat in a room for 42 minutes and listed every psychological trick that makes people lose money. for free. the finance industry has spent thirty years pretending this recording does not exist.
he didn't sell a course. he didn't write a newsletter. he sat in a chair at 96 years old and explained why brilliant people do the dumbest things with their money. then he explained why they will keep doing it.
MBA programs charge $200,000 to teach behavioral finance. he covered 25 biases in one sitting. some of them are still not in any curriculum. he gave the entire framework away on camera.
the part nobody talks about: he called crypto antisocial. he said index funds will crush most managers. he said private equity is full of wretched excess. he said all of this in a room full of people who manage money for a living. nobody argued.
a hedge fund analyst at a top firm told me this is the first thing they send to anyone who joins the desk. not a book. not a model. a 42-minute video of a 96-year-old man explaining why you will be wrong and how to recognize it before it costs you everything.
40 million people have heard his name. almost none of them have watched him explain the 25 ways their own brain is working against them.
the lecture is free. he died the following year. it is in the video.
Many police are defending Flock cameras & other AI tools saying, “It makes our job easier.”
News flash: Your job isn’t supposed to be EASY! It’s supposed to be restrained, heavy, and encumbered by the burden of proof, probable cause, the presumption of innocence, and always subject to OUR civil liberties!!!
A free society is not about making things convenient for the state, it’s about protecting the individual FROM the state. So many people have forgotten this.
⚠️The most dangerous thing about Flock cameras isn't what they do.
It's what they quietly teach society to accept...
The gradual abandonment of one of the oldest traditions of a free society:
*The presumption of innocence.*
For centuries, free societies began with the premise that the individual is innocent until there is reason to believe otherwise.
Mass surveillance reverses that relationship.
*Guilty until proven innocent.*
Everyone is watched.
Everyone is cataloged.
Everyone is searchable.
Not because they've done something wrong, but because they *might* do something wrong someday.
This shift should concern us.
When the state records the movements of an entire population "just in case," the presumption of innocence is replaced by perpetual suspicion.
Rights become conditional.
Suspicion becomes the default.
Privacy becomes something you justify.
The script is always the same:
"For the greater good."
"If you have nothing to hide."
"It's worth it if it prevents crime."
The ends justify the means.
Collective safety over individual liberty.
Liberty no longer exists as a principle,
it survives only as a temporary permission.
Benjamin Franklin understood this in 1755:
"Those who would give up essential Liberty, to purchase a little temporary Safety, deserve neither Liberty nor Safety."
Technology changes.
Human nature doesn't.
They can't stop crime with cameras.
They can't keep drugs out of prisons.
They can’t create order with more laws.
Yet the solution is always:
More cameras.
More laws.
More enforcement.
More control.
It's almost as if surveillance, authoritarianism and coercion was never the cure for social dysfunction.
Police officer becomes a whistleblower and says that Flock Safety Cameras are not what were being told they are
He says they are not just capturing license plates, they are capturing everything and being used for mass surveillance without a warrant, “It records the make, the model, color, bumping stickers, you name it — it's a very sophisticated AI software that uses a camera system to track and monitor every vehicle that goes by the camera lens”
“This information is shared city to city and even state to state without a warrant”
“Your consent was never required nor even asked for or even thought about when your city governments was putting up this new technology.
For example, the chief of the Pateka Police Department, she was confronted by a local reporter on this very question of what gave them the right to put up these cameras without consulting the public. Her response was, so the criminals wouldn't know about it and avoid detection. So there you go. That's their best argument about”
He says he brought up concerns about privacy and transparency and in return he was suspended without pay
He says we are headed the same way as the soviets and China
He says this is what you’re told by authority, “If you are worrying about it, it's because you have something to hide.
The philosophy that this innovation is already grounded on is already proven to be rotten. It's grounded on this idea that you, the citizen, are first and foremost a potential suspect or potential defendant that needs to be tracked and monitored for your safety and for the safety of others. It's the same philosophy that the Soviets and many authoritarian states during the 20th century adopted, and we all know how that worked out for them. It's the same philosophy that the Chinese are currently adopting right now and they have a similar surveillance system”
Keep in mind I’ve also shared videos of the Flock camera called “Condor”
This goes beyond vehicles and actually tracks you as you walk by. The cameras follow you, can zoom in and automatically detect you in areas
This goes way beyond license plate reading. This is the mass surveillance network being established in America
We are right around the corner from a police state
GOOD NEWS: U.S. Air Force veteran Jeffrey Sovern, the hero accused of chopping down 13 Flock cameras and hit with 13 felonies, is getting MASSIVE support from patriots nationwide! 💪
He’s already raised $30,677.
Let’s make sure he gets the best defense $ can buy.
"We have cameras everywhere in that town and you cannot get a breath of fresh air without us knowing"
When police are admitting this out loud, it's time to admit the cage isn’t coming, we're already inside it.
@m3_melody@MauiBoyMacro Wait just a minute…..I was told This. Time. It’s. Different. Looks like selling all my rentals in 2023 wasn’t so crazy, after all.
