We need leadership. McConnell says he's waiting for the president to move on guns before he does a damned thing. Apparently this shows that neither he or the president have the ability to lead. We need some new leaders to be elected in the next election.

@MSNBC @JoeNBC Hey, do we suppose Vice President Pence would put on the Spicer uniform and perform for us? It would make him look "cute". We need a little color in this administration. Maybe he could come out in red, white and blue colors for the show of patriotism.

@BillKristol Vice President Pence. Saudi Arabia is no friend of the U.S.A. They are using us. We in the past were forced to condone them because of their oil but we are more oil self sufficient and should recognize them as they really are, a family dictatorship.

Do we have a clown in the White House - or what? He at his campaign in New Mexico said, "no one loves Hispanics more than I do". Does anyone believe that? He has previously called them rapists, murderers, baby makers, drug pushers. He is no lover of the Hispanics, period.

The breaking of the agreement with Iran that Obama and our partners had negotiated was a major mistake. Trump dumped the treaty. We are now paying for the blunder. We will be committing our military lives for his ego trip of canceling Obama's success.

We could go to war soon to defend Saudi Arabia and the sad fact is they really aren't our friend. They are using us to fight their religious war with Iran. Saudi Arabia is not and has never been a democracy. They have harbored and finance terrorists for many years.

@OMGno2trump My gosh, a stained glass window of Trump at Liberty University. That is not only weird but also insulting to the Christian faith. How can they put him on par with past hero's of the Bible? It is no wonder that the young are leaving church in droves.

@Doh_Doh_Burrd @cherylballer Actually, the president wants the Russians to help him. In fact, he's counting on their help. There is a reason he isn't openly condemning their interference. His poll numbers are so dire he welcomes any damned help he can get.

@SaraGideon @smittycanada1 Susan Collins had a chance to be a hero but relented to the whims of the Republican leadership and President Trump. The country was crying for her to help save our democracy but she instead relented to their craziness.

It isn't good enough to defeat Trump in the next election, we need to take the Senate as well to get anything done. Sen. McConnell would merely not bring anything forward in the senate to stop any new bill. It is no wonder America has no faith in our government.

@thehill Liz Cheney is wacky as hell. She, like her father, is a war hawk. President Bush relied on her father's advice on the Iraq war that proved to be a disaster. He was wrong in saying that Iraq had weapons of mass destruction. They didn't. We went to war on a lie.

"People actually hate us" reports a border patrolman. They are hated by those coming across the border and by those objecting to the way children are treated. They were at one time respected but no more.

Yes, Trump is like Hitler. Trump is a master at intimidating people until they relent. Ask our Republican congressmen. They don't dare speak up because he would demonize them relentlessly until they meekly relent. They have become cowards, afraid of his shadow.

@davidcicilline David, haven't you read the Bible, cover to cover? It must say somewhere that God loves guns that kill people. And, the constitution must say it's ok to kill with military style guns? We just have to look hard enough, we'll find it. Hell, maybe Trump knows.

@thehill We initially thought that Pence was at least more intelligent than our president but I've reconsidered. I truly believe he is way over his head in the Vice President position. He wouldn't even qualify to be a local bank president or gas attendant.

@realDonaldTrump We have created a false economy with borrowed money. Nothing is free. Our children and grandchildren are hooked with paying off our debt. This dream world has to come to a climax sooner or later.
