Just to clarify. The transfer does not happen until some time after the Easter Update! Current updates are still coming from the original team. Why fixes and updates now? Because as part of preparing the transfer we're actively working on the game to help them get started.

The new team is starting to learn the code, so working on older bugs and problems is a way to do that. I think you will see more activity and fixes going forward because of the transfer, but the new team will ALSO need some time before they are comfortable making major changes.
