Don’t get rekt this bull run.
There’s a reason some walk away with millions and some go in debt/lose it all.
2 common mistakes,
1 - Blindly Listening to Twitter/hype/influencers.
2 - Going all in, (No risk management).
Be smart this time around.
November the month of men's mental health awareness. To anyone struggling don't hesitate to reach out to me to your family or any of the numbers listed below.

Some of you may know I have lost a friend in the past to suicide, and I went through a rough depression myself. I just wanted to share a piece of advice from my experience and shared what helped me get through tough times.
The main advice that I have is that you find an activity, it could be anything ranging from playing games to doing sports wether it be basketball or running as long as you really really enjoy it. Just find something you truly enjoy.
For me this is gaming. This was my escape from shitty reality, my escape from my own anxiety, trauma & insecurities. Because getting good at something is beneficial to anyone from any gender to any age. I felt like I was worthless nothing, I didn't know I wasn't one of those things until I started being good at (in my case) gaming. It taught me I can get better at something, improve and do something and be something. That I was more than someone who was fucked up in a fucked up situation.
For me I channeled all that energy into gaming and got better at it, and suddenly I was making friends competing building myself up and becoming someone even winning shit. That gave me an immense amount of confidence, this also gave me a real understanding of the direct connection between hard work and succes. I am by no means saying I am some super succesfull big shot, but no one wanted me to do this at first. Everyone called me crazy, almost no one wanted to help me when I started this journey.
And I just kept going and going, got myself through eduction and diploma so I could pursue gaming just to get people to back off from me pursuing what I love doing. I kept going and going so I could compete. It gave me mental strenght that I never had before, mental strenght I thought I could never have. Through becoming better winning and losing meeting new people building myself I was so focussed and had all my energy in this thing I snapped myself out of the bad shit in my life.
Yea there is still some fucked up shit in my life, but by putting all my energy in to doing what I truly love the last few years I have become a stronger person mentally and got myself through those fucked up years. There were moment where I couldn't imagine myself being alive in the next year, now I want to be alive I couldn't imagine losing what I have. I have so much to life for now. Not just in gaming, but in an amazing girlfriend and wanting to build a future together for the rest of my life.
I just hope this tweet reaches someone in a similair situation, and realize it will get better❤️
