Next Wed, Nov 13, an admission rep from the University of Nevada will be at STEM to speak with students about their school (campus life, majors and minors, financial aid and more) and give students the opportunity to ask about any questions they may have!

Morehouse has waived their app fee for the week! From now until Nov 1st, you can apply for free, so please be sure to submit your application this week for FREE! If you need any assistance with completing your application, visit your counselor or either Ms. Scott or Mr. Jean!

We will also have our ISAC Rep on the STEM campus tomorrow from 10 AM - 12 PM. If you are interested in getting assistance with planning for after you graduate, sign up below.
Our ISAC rep can assist with applications, FAFSA, scholarships and more.

We will be hosting a Financial Aid Presentation to help students and families understand what it is, and where you can find these options! We will be presenting in the FAC Media Center from 6 - 7:30 PM. This will be open to all students and their parents/guardians!

STEM will be action packed next week! We are hosting EIU on Tuesday, Oct 8, 2 - 3 PM. WIU on Wed, Oct 9, 2 - 3 PM. ISU on Thur, Oct 10, 1 - 2 PM! If you are interested, please sign up on Schoology using the Google Forms.

Then....we will be headed to Northern Illinois University! Be sure to grab and return your permission slips to your campus College and Career Advisor before Monday, October 7th! Open to Juniors and Seniors and you must have a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA!

Next stop: EIU! If you are an interested Junior or Senior, please be sure to pick up and return a permission slip to your campus College and Career Advisor! All permission slips are due back no later than Monday, Oct. 7th and you must have a minimum of a 2.5 cumulative GPA!

Sat, Oct 5, NACAC is hosting a National College Fair and we want to take students with us to attend! Schools from all 50 states will be in attendance, if you are interested in attending please return a permission slip to either Mr. Jean, Me or Ms. Watson no later than Fri, Oct 4!

Next week on the STEM Campus, we will be hosting the U.S. Airforce National Guard on Wednesday!

We are excited to announce an upcoming campus tour of Columbia College Chicago! This trip is for FAC students in the Arts and Comm. Academies. If you're interested, please submit your permission slip by Sep 27. Spots are limited, you must have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
