Honestly they shud have never revealed that rdj is playing doctor doom. Seeing him take off his mask on opening night in the theatres would have been an unforgettable experience

[Jared Weiss @JaredWeissNBA]

Victor Wembanyama was asked if he would ever sign a deal with a sports betting company: “Absolutely not. Honestly, I think it’s very sad to see some players promote it.”

Canadian here who had a relative die by MAID. A relative who was terminally ill with stage 4 Cancer and in a Hospice. NOBODY IN CANADA CAN DIE BY MAID WITHOUT APPLYING FOR IT “THEMSELF”. NOBODY. AND NOT UNTIL THEIR CASE HAS BEEN REVIEWED BY A PANEL OF DOCTORS. Stop lying!!!!

[Ian Riley @ianrileyx1996]

The amount of people I've seen on here say "too little too late" is concerning. If we can't allow these people to learn and grow, then what is your activism even for?

[Omer Osman @OmerOsman200]

Thank you for everything, guys. ❤️

Real ones will be appreciative of everything you did for the team. No slander tolerated over here.

Because of you guys, this happened.

Ball out in LA. 🤞 🤞

[Toronto Raptors @Raptors]

Kawhi Leonard is back. #WeTheNorth

If Carney pulls that off it’d be incredible.

It would allow:

-Canadians to visit and *work in* the EU/EEA visa free.

-Canadian defense companies to be a priority provider in Europe.

-Europeans to have visa free tourism in Canada and accelerated immigration.

-Open up Canada to competition in banking which is currently a monopoly.

-Expand free trade agreements in the EEA which has a very different product footprint than Canada.

All while not taking on the economic risk of having the Euro because it’s only an associated member.

It benefits Europe.

But it REALLY benefits Canada.

Anyone who has anything bad to say about this is parroting talking points without understanding any of the economic or policy impacts.

FINALLY

[Shams Charania @ShamsCharania]

Done deal: The LA Clippers and Raptors have both agreed to complete the trade sending Kawhi Leonard to Toronto for Brandon Ingram, Gradey Dick, two unprotected first-round picks, one first-round pick swap and two second-rounders, per ESPN sources. The sides will now schedule a trade call.

There were 5 landing zones on D-Day. Americans know Omaha + Utah. They're the 2 we took. Juno is worth knowing too. That's the one the Canadians took.
On countless battlefields from WWI to Afghanistan, they've fought and bled with us. Show some respect.

Not just the city of Toronto it was the entire country of Canada after the raptors won their first championship

BREAKING: The NBA has ruled on the Los Angeles Clippers in for salary cap circumvention investigations on Kawhi Leonard after yearlong probe -- stripping the franchise of 5 first-round picks, issuing a $30 million fine to owner Steve Ballmer and suspensions for Ballmer, Lawrence Frank and Gillian Zucker, sources tell ESPN.

Kawhi Leonard will have to pay $700,000 in restitution for improper benefits by the Clippers for his uncle and former business rep, Dennis Robertson. No contract void or suspension for Leonard. And Robertson -- who was fired by Leonard in June -- is being banned by the NBA from all business dealings.

The name of the Lake, and the province comes from an indigenous word that existed long before either country existed btw

[William Lou @william_lou]

The stats are great but Kyle completely transformed one of the worst franchises in the league into a perennial playoff team and eventually a champion.

Kyle, DeMar, Casey, Masai changed the culture. Raptors were Kings level bad the two decades before.

@hellohalima Agreed

[James @Raptors96]

@hellohalima The main problem is big cities thinking nothing exists outside of them.

[NBACentral @TheDunkCentral]

BREAKING: The NBA has found no evidence showing that Steve Ballmer funneled money through team sponsors to pay Kawhi Leonard to circumvent the salary cap, per @espn
