It is funny to me that the government in power supports separation but will have a Canadian citizenship marker on the new ID. 🤷🏿‍♂️ I don't get this apathied type ID card. The ID and healthcare number is needed but the citizenship will cause problems.

Starting July 2, Albertans can get a new driver’s licence or ID card that includes their healthcare number and proof of citizenship, all on one secure card at no additional cost.
