I don't believe The Commander from Requiem is Hunk because Hunk would have killed Leon without hesitation and completed his mission without feeding his ego in a CQC 1v1 duel against Leon. The Commander's cocky mannerisms are almost identical to 3A7's from Umbrella Corps.
