I'm not cursing anyone out here. I'm always going to try to have an honest and respectful conversation. If it's heated fine, but I'm not calling people out of their names and I expect the same from y'all. Some people are trying to divide us based on differences I won't allow it.
@commmmunitynote@PInsider_ We think all billionaires are greedy, but we can still acknowledge they are our “faves.” We can engage in billionaire discourse while holding the music close to our hearts (this is not separate the art from the artist talk). Especially when they aren’t pdfiles or vote meddlers.
@CELIAYONCE Think you thinking tooo deep my love keke was literally a child during destiny’s child’s prime as were most of us. We grew up on cheetah girls if you asked 6 year old me if I wanted to see DC3 or CG3 I’m choosing cheetah girls.
@shortkingkong@sweethunybckn@CELIAYONCE She does, but Keke is also getting too much heat this week and people are digging up things she has said and done over the years. I’m getting nervous for her 😭 let me touch grass this morning
@deshaunfrost616@CELIAYONCE It’s hard to understand because Keke is a millennial, but some older millennials don’t understand that the 93 to 97 millennials are going to be closer to zillenial/gen z on some things like this.
@CELIAYONCE Keke is definitely a pick me auntie, but I hope this month isn’t the start of a we’ve built this woman up now let’s tear her down campaign. I get so tired of those.
@SuccessfulBDB@Amma__tuuh I’m really sorry you experienced that as a child. That’s honestly so inappropriate of the adults to have not have been at the very least least better at concealing their bullshit. Adults do dirt and don’t realize the cynical message it sends and the innocence it takes. YUCK
British character actor Tim Curry, known for "The Rocky Horror Picture Show" and "Clue," among many colorful roles, has died at the age of 80.
Curry died Wednesday at his home in Los Angeles. He had been in a wheelchair since suffering a major stroke in 2012.
He is best known for portraying Dr. Frank-N-Furter in "The Rocky Horror Picture Show." He first appeared in the original stage show in 1973 and then in the film adaptation two years later. The film became a cult classic, with midnight showings where fans dressed up as the characters.
Born in Cheshire, England, in 1946, Curry started his career in the musical "Hair" in London's West End. He returned to the stage throughout his career, earning Tony nominations for his roles in "Amadeus" in 1981, "My Favorite Year" in 1993 and "Spamalot" in 2005.
His memorable film and television roles included Wadsworth, the butler, in another cult classic — "Clue," based on the board game. He also played con artist Rooster Hannigan in the first film version of "Annie," a smug Plaza Hotel concierge in "Home Alone 2: Lost in New York," Long John Silver in "Muppet Treasure Island" and Pennywise in the TV miniseries "It."
As a voice actor, Curry shared his distinctive voice in animated movies and series that included "Peter Pan and the Pirates," "The Wild Thornberrys" and "FernGully: The Last Rainforest."

In 1988 Dolly Parton pulled every 7th and 8th grader in Sevier County into a room and told them to pick a buddy.
She made them sign a contract.. if BOTH graduate, she hands you both $500. One fails, nobody gets paid.
The county dropout rate went from 35% to 6%.
She handed out the checks herself.
In 1989 she offered $500 to every kid in the county who wanted to go to the local college.
When Gatlinburg burned in 2016, she sent 900 families $1,000 a month for six months.
You've probably heard that part.
Here's the part you haven't:
The fund raised more than expected, so she showed up in May and handed every one of those families another $5,000 on top.
Then she quietly put $3 million into the recovery group that handles the years after the news trucks leave.
She built her county an entire hospital.
She played a benefit concert in 2007, Dollywood and the Stampede matched it, and LeConte Medical Center opened in 2010 with a birthing unit and a women's center in it.
In 2022 she started covering 100% of tuition, books, and fees for Dollywood employees.
Full-time, part-time, AND seasonal.
In 1991 she paid for a bald eagle sanctuary because the birds couldn't be released back into the wild, no press release.
And when Hurricane Helene came through here in Western North Carolina, she wrote a personal check for $1 million and her companies matched it.
She didn't owe North Carolina anything, but she helped us anyway.
She started the Imagination Library because her daddy couldn't read or write. Before he passed, he told her it was the most important thing she ever did.
Rest in Peace, Dolly 🇺🇸
