Something new is coming to Quip, and after seeing the sneak peek, I’m genuinely curious about where they’re taking this next.

What Makes it interesting is that Quip isn’t trying to make gaming complicated.

You open the platform, pick a game, learn the mechanics, and compete.

I’ve actually been playing @quipgg myself for the past few days, and one thing I like is how quickly a simple match can become competitive.

You can start with free play, get comfortable with the games, then take things further when you’re ready.

And there’s more than one game to master.

@quipgg has different physics-based competitive games, each with its own mechanics and skill ceiling.

So being good at one doesn’t automatically mean you’ll dominate another. You actually have to learn, practice and improve.

That’s also what makes the $PHYS ecosystem interesting.

I’ve been playing Quip for a few days now, and I can finally say it:

I’m getting better.

Today, I went up against Coba and actually beat him. Coba, I’m sorry, but you had to learn the hard way.

@quipgg is one of those games that looks simple until you actually start playing.

The controls take some getting used to, and once you’re matched with another player, every move starts to matter.

The interesting part is that you can play for free and get comfortable with the games first.

When you’re ready to make things more competitive, you can stake $PHYS or USDC in eligible matches,

With both players putting their stake into escrow and the winner taking the pot, minus the platform rake.

So yes, I started out struggling to win. A few days later, Coba is now part of my highlight reel.
