When you go to a private Hospital you'll be asked "SHA YAKO NI YA CIVIL SERVANT OR NORMAL" If it's normal they don't cover. My question is, if this is a universal health cover why is there discrimination? If the affordable housing is genuine why is it that rich personnel have managed to buy several units yet every employed staff contributed to it's construction, how is this fair and controlled?
