I played Rugby and Cricket, all A Teams and got a scholarship for 4 years being the fastest bowler U/16.

Then went training with the development side of Bloemfontein Celtic after an amazing season I had at a team called Juventas in Welkom.

So Ive been on both sides of the coin and I can tell you now that when developing talent there’s a lot of influence in the style of play. We need leaders that are going to be passionate and intentional in telling players that they have one task and that is to move forward and score goals as efficiently as possible!!!

This thing of entertainment in the field by showing off is an issue from grassroots level.
