@Liz_Wheeler A simple google search could debunk a lot of things. The ammo used was old and probably lost pressure over time, with bad storage. Plus handling ammo allows for some corrosion to occur, that would lead to oxidation of some of the gunpowder inside the cartridge, lowering output.
