Served as its SRC President 2 years later. In 2019, I walked out as the youngest Honourable Member in the history of Democratic RSA Honourable Membership.

How many lies can the JSC ignore?
Judge President Selby Mbenenge’s review application asks how the JSC converted the Tribunal’s limited finding of workplace impropriety into gross misconduct after the sexual harassment complaint was rejected.
Zionist agenda. Those who oppose genocide get poison thrown at them. Those who are involved in corruption &spreading drugs to our youth get flowers ignored.
Is "Gift of the Givers" a Smokescreen for a Darker Agenda in South Africa?
The narrative being pushed is clear: South Africa is under threat, not from external enemies, but from the inside. The weapon of choice isn't a bomb or a gun, but a humanitarian smile and a food parcel. The prime suspect, according to this narrative, is Gift of the Givers, an organization that has become a flashpoint for questions about sovereignty, immigration, and the true intentions behind the flood of foreign nationals into the country.
The core of the argument rests on three pillars of evidence: the extraordinary arrival of undocumented Palestinians, the shadow of international terror funding, and the questionable allegiance of its leader.
The 'Mysterious' Flight ..;An Act of Unofficial State Policy?
The single biggest piece of "evidence" fueling this fire is the chartered flight that landed at OR Tambo on 13 November 2025, carrying 153 undocumented Palestinians. The details paint a picture of an operation that completely bypassed South Africa’s immigration laws:
A State in the Dark? President Cyril Ramaphosa himself called the plane's arrival "mysterious," stating that these were people who "somehow mysteriously were put on a plane" and effectively "flushed out" of Gaza. The Department of Home Affairs was apparently unaware of their arrival and regarded their entry as illegal.
Improper Documentation: The passengers were initially denied entry because their passports did not have mandatory departure stamps. They were held on the tarmac for over 12 hours. The Border Management Authority (BMA) noted that a number of travellers did not have return tickets or local addresses.
Gift of the Givers as the 'Hero': After a standoff, it was only after Gift of the Givers stepped in to guarantee accommodation and care for the group that authorities cleared the 130 remaining passengers for entry on a 90-day visa exemption.
This sequence has raised a critical question: Who was really in control? A private NGO effectively dictated the resolution of a national security breach, becoming the de facto guardian of a large group of undocumented people. The concern is that this isn't humanitarian aid; it's a logistical blueprint for moving people into the country at will, with a complicit government looking the other way.
The 'Islamist' Ideology: A Leader Who Answers to a Higher Law
For those who see a religiously motivated takeover, the words of Gift of the Givers' founder, Dr. Imtiaz Sooliman, are deeply troubling. The narrative points not to what he does, but what he says:
Sharia Law Above All: After the flight landed, a quote attributed to Sooliman went viral: "I follow Islamic law and Islamic law overrides any other law." This was fact-checked as accurate.
A Mandate from a Turkish Mentor: This is not a casual remark. Sooliman has stated that he started 'Gift of the Givers' (originally 'Waqful Waqifin') after his religious mentor in Turkey told him to do so in 1994. His allegiance, critics argue, is not to the South African Constitution but to a theocratic ideology with global ambitions.
The argument is that you cannot separate the man from the mission. His food parcels may feed the hungry, but his ultimate loyalty is to a religious agenda that seeks to erode South Africa’s secular, multi-faith foundation.
The Terror Pipeline: Funding Hamas from South Africa?
The most explosive accusation links Gift of the Givers directly to the financing of terrorism, specifically Hamas. This is not just online chatter; it has been a formal allegation...
Four Home Affairs officials on a R25k salary per month, ran a visa scheme that made a combined asset portfolio of R16m in just one little HA office in Mpumalanga.
They sold 'study visas' to Nigerians, Zimbabweans, Somalians who run shops & salons.

FIFA | You were always going to be exposed for your double standards. It was only a matter of time.
You were so quick to ban Russia in 2022 for fighting a NATO provoked war but failing to do the same on people that are killing children around the world. You allow football officials to be ill-treated by host countries.
What a horrible; spineless man you are....🚮
Ramaphosa admits the presence of dollars on his farm.Further stated its payment for buffalos sold to person. So where does this idiot ANC veteran come from in defending a class mate.
🚨𝐉𝐔𝐒𝐓 𝐈𝐍: Roman Molina provides a fresh update on Somali referee Omar Arteh;
🗣️ “Omar obtained a diplomatic passport and traveled directly, only to be stopped, questioned, and so on. They took his phone and tablet from him and haven't returned them to him yet, and he was deported from U.S. soil on a flight headed to Turkey.”
“FIFA issued a statement afterward saying ‘we cannot intervene in countries' immigration procedures,’ but in reality, FIFA did intervene in immigration procedures during the last World Cup in Qatar. But it seems like everything is measured with two different standards.”
“FIFA knows that the U.S. administration does whatever it wants, so we could have imagined they'd say to themselves: ‘Alright, let's play it safe and assign him to officiate matches in Mexico or Canada.’ But no, because FIFA is ruled by sheer incompetence.” 👀🥲
This officer giving evidence that the SARB is compromised. The same SARB that cleared the president.
The same SARB that has the majority of its board appointed by the president.
The same SARB that has kept the repo rate & govt bond yields much higher than actual inflation for decades, which benefits banks and bond holders at the expense of the majority of households & businesses.
Is it still taboo to criticise or question the SARB?
