Is there any accountability left @JioCare @reliancejio? Was promised resolution in 48 hrs but it’s been 12 days of no service despite full payment.

@JioCare My Jio AirFiber has not been working since 25 May even though I paid the bill on time. I’ve been calling and emailing since 25 May but only receive automated replies, and I can’t get through to a customer care executive. @reliancejio #jioscam

@JioCare If someone doesn’t pay on time, your don’t understand so why should a customer do the same. I request to discontinue my connection and refund me the security deposit. Take your setup box etc, they are useless.

@JioCare Last month, I lost 12 days due to external technical issue. This month, this is internal issue. Today is the 8th day that my internet is not working even after payment being made on time. This is highly unethical to charge but not provide service.

Last month too, the service was down for 12 days with no rent rebate (18th April- 1st May). This is very disappointing. Can someone please resolve this issue or help me discontinue the service? Get my security deposit? @JioCare
