Over the weekend of 23-24 Nov I will attempt to run the entire length of #Brunei’s beach coastline – a distance of over 130km! This is the first time this has been tried. I will be supported, and accompanied, by teams from the #RoyalBruneiArmedForces and #BritishForcesBrunei.

If you are interested to be more politically active, you can volunteer or intern with the LegCo members and see exactly how work is done leading towards and after the March sessions. This means doing research, attending muzakarah and arranging dialogue/outreach sessions.

This brother cries out of happiness as his friend takes the shahada and becomes Muslim. This truly is the definition of friendship and brotherhood ❤

Why this story is so extraordinary ? Simple, this is the exact opposite of hatred and war. This is a story of collective international efforts to reach a common goal regardless of race, nationality, religion or political idea. This is "humanity" at its best! #ThailandCaveRescue

[Vivek Subbiah, MD @VivekSubbiah]

Dear Children - Come out from the cave soon ! You are the ONLY football team that matters for all of us. You are the BEST football team. The whole world is rooting for you. We will wait #ThaiCaveRescue #ThailandCaveSearch

This “choke point” seems very tough to traverse. 15 inches wide, in the dark, uphill, and wet. The boys will need a lot of strength, and a lot of luck. 🙏🏾#ThaiCaveRescue
