This is clearly an app/system error. I was given the wrong return window.
If not, I would’ve returned it within the original deadline. Now I’m stuck with a $35 item I can’t return — because of misinformation from Walmart’s own app.
@walmarthelp@Walmart@walmarthelp Such a hopeless and useless customer service. I reported the incident just get the same reply that it can only be resolved by store. I raised the incident in first place because it wasn’t able to be resolved by the store. Resolve the glitch on your app first

I started a return in the app on April 26 (before the 90-day window ended on April 28).
@Walmart I started a return for an instore purchase on the app 5 days back just before the return window gets closed. It generated the QR code for return and said I could return at store by May 25th. Today when I went into the store to return they couldn’t process return since it
