Fraud company
I have already raised a complaint regarding missing items from my order but still no action has been taken yet.
Idk how much time do they need. What kind of policy does this company have?

I have ordered kaju from the mentioned store. The quality is not fresh. Taste is poor. Very bad experience. And even after complaining to zomato there is no response. @zomato@zomatocare

Jiomart is cheating customers.They are delivering expiry products to customer and even after complaining various times,there is no resolution.I have still not got my refund for the order placed on 4 october.What a poor company.

Pathetic experience with jiomart products.
I had ordered paneer and received an almost expiry product. The manufacturing date is one month old. Is this a joke? Don't play with the health of customers.

I am disappointed with the service received from your company regarding my geyser.Despite multiple complaints, issue remains unresolved,and I have been subjected to subpar service.

To my surprise, he suggested using acid for cleaning, which I found alarming. When I requested him to contact the service center to confirm the price and procedure for the cleaning service, he refused.

I was wrongly charged cancelation fees for the bathroom cleaning service. I had canceled the booking within 5 mins still I was charged cancelation fees. This is not fair.

Today I booked a (SnapE Cab) from Howrah to laketown
The Driver's behaviour was very suspicious.
Firstly, he was using his phone while driving and bumped into a Rickshaw puting in danger the lives of those who were seated in the rickshaw which also included children by the way.
On trying to complain to the Snap-E customer service they just kept pestering me to mail them.
Instead of hearing my complaint they wanted us to mail them.Getting a refund was my second priority, my first priority was to make them aware of this situation.@Snap_e_cabs
Secondly, he did not notice the no entry sign board and went ahead, which made the local
police take pictures of his car and license. Lastly, he deliberately took the longer route because of
which we had to pay double fare.
The expected fare was Rs. 258 and we ended uppaying 510
I had booked a cab through yatri saathi few days ago. I was shown 231 as fare but driver took a longer route unnecessarily and my fair increased to 295. Even after raising a complain no action has been taken as of now. I need refund of extra cash paid.

I had placed an order for bhujia with zomato. I had received bad quality food, it has bad smell and even after complaining there was no resolution. We don't pay for bad quality products. Atleast provide me with a proper resolution.
