It is not that only ruling party benefits from it. The system will need time to get corrected. Cong is also winning elections in many states.

@volklub Skimmed milk might be a little difficult to digest especially if you are lactose intolerant.
Skimmed milk also causes a little larger sugar spike in blood, but that only matters if you have Diabetes.
