Order Id :211813558661355. On July 18th I ordered Pizza from PizzaHut in Train. The order was marked as delivered at 9:23 PM, but my train had already departed from the station at 8:49 PM.
Unfortunately, I did not receive the order at all, despite the app showing it as delivered.

For train which travels 15hours journey have only four general coaches. What does this mean? Everyone should have a reservation ticket? What about people who cannot afford and general coaches are full. It will be problem for reserved coaches.

How come an item expired before one year is getting sold to customers? Aren’t they checking the expiry dates before they deliver it?when customer approach for return and refund via customer support chat, the chat automatically closes.

@PizzaHutIN is charging Rs.1 per sauce sachet with providing even one with pizza ordered.. At restaurant also not keeping sauce bottles and saying to purchase sachets if needed.. How can a person eat pizza without sauce. I see they are making this as a benefit.

On back of pack mentioned as Hot Spicy Fiery.
I don’t think this is really spicy. Please don’t foolish people by keeping such false statements on the pack.
