I’m delighted to share the schedule to hold the 22nd Convocation of the Government College University Lahore. We shall confer the PhD, M.Phil, MS, and BS degrees in the three separate sessions from the 28th to 30th of September, 2023. The full dress rehearsal of the inaugural session shall be held on the 27th September.

All the prospective graduates are expected to prepare themselves for the occasion. Some highly respected dignitaries are scheduled to grace the occasion and make your graduation memorable. We shall also confer Lifetime Achievement Awards on some of the outstanding alumni who made invaluable contributions in their respective fields of interest.

The nominees for the Co-curricular Medals shall be interviewed by a panel of distinguished academics led by me on the 23rd and 24th September. The students are also advised to seek clearance from the relevant quarters to be able to receive their degrees at the forthcoming Convocation without any inconvenience.

Looking forward to celebrating the accomplishments of our students in the realm of academics, research, sports and co-curricular activities.

I am happy to know that Shahzaib Ali, one of our students in the Department of Commerce and Finance is selected for the prestigious Aspire Leadership Program!

Shahzaib's remarkable recognition started with his exceptional performance in the AMCAT exam, followed by his successful completion of the final assessment exam for the leadership courses offered by Harvard University on edX. ~~ Admission open at Government College University Lahore for BS in Business Accounting and Finance ~~

The BS in BAF will enable the participants to develop a good understanding of accounting, finance, money, banking, management and marketing and to understand the role of these factors in economic development.

The 1st cycle of the Undergraduate Admission Test @gcuniversitylhr will be advertised on 18 June, 2023. Students awaiting for the Intermediate results can apply at https://t.co/3pvviuU6hu. The last date for online admission forms is 7 July, 2023.

The roll number, time & place of the test will be shared with students through their online admission portal.

The tests will be conducted on 15-16 July, 2023, at GCU and in the capitals of other provinces to offer convenient access to the students from every corner of Pakistan.

The 2nd cycle of admission tests will be advertised on 16 July, 2023, while the tests will be conducted on 5-6 August, 2023.
