@C0SMICDUSTS people from parking in the access aisle, obviously not supposed to happen in the first place but when it does it's a huge problem. They are parked a little far in the access aisle for that so I understand the issue but still could be that 2/2

@C0SMICDUSTS Sometimes my dad (I don't drive) parks a little over the line in regular parking spaces if he's picking me up and there's no disabled parking spaces so no one parks next to him so I can get in with my wheelchair, this might be a similar thing where they're trying to prevent- 1/2
