Community members discovered this is hexadecimal code and it translates to:

"msg": "From Candy To Copper",
CORRUPTION DETECTED

Candy and Copper refer to gifts for the 6th and 7th anniversary. The message is most likely guiding us to Titanfall 2's 7th anniversary this week.

The Advocate Network message then updated once more with:

"I Am The Advocate. Message Sent. No Correction Needed."

Along with this, some players saw the Featured Playlist updated once more to Titan Marked for Death. But this is not showing up on every data center.

Titanfall 2's 7th anniversary is October 28th.
