But Argentina were no match for Spain. Spain just dominated. Rodri, Laporte, Olmo, Porro and Cucurella showcased how much of a well oiled machine they were.

Messi is obviously the catalyst for this Argentina team and he's been performing at a really high level considering his age.

But Lisandro Martinez is just as crucial for this Argentina team. Solid defender whose also an amazing passer and very well composed in tight spaces.

There's a few placements I dont agree with and would move around but with lists like these, you are never gonna get it completely right. One of the better lists I've seen just for the sheer reason of putting the right amount of respect on Ronaldinho Gauchos name. He's def top 8

@SelecaoTalk No he isnt talked about enough imo. I think he gets disrespected when people put him low because he didnt have the longest prime/they disrespect his Atletico Mineiro/ Milan/ PSG days. His prime is only matched by a rare few and won everything in his career.

This was Brazil's biggest mistake. In 2010, R10 under Leonardo was in form. Led Serie A in assists, was playing fantastic. He wouldve made the difference, even as a substitute. His presence can dictate the outcome of a game. His absence led to Brazils demise.
